A. This is intended to be an adult community for mature residents.

Q. Is the clubhouse available to everyone?

A. As an owner you have use of the clubhouse facilities; kitchen c/w appliances, hall and heated garage workshop. Tools, equipment, kitchen supplies and furnishings are not included; the clubhouse is maintained and operated by the condominium association.

A. That is standard in all units with an in wall AC unit in the living room area. There is also a heat recovery ventilator (HRV) that changes the air at all times.

Q. Are decks standard on every unit?

A. All units have a concrete patio located at the rear c/w a pressure treated good-neighbour privacy fence between the units.

Q. Is it possible to have a screened porch?

A. No.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. Residents are allowed none nuisance type pets.

Q. Is there any storage space in the homes?

A. Yes, in the garage and storage compartments can be added as an option.

Q. What material is used for the exteriors?

A. Concrete brick, stone on the front and side elevations, pre finished siding on the rear elevation, aluminium soffit, facia, eavestrough and downspouts.

A. Yes, a gas fireplace with your choice of finishes can be added as an option.

Q. May I have a shed behind my home?

A. No.

Q. Are the lawns maintained by sprinkler system?

A. No.

Q. Is central vac available?

A. Each unit is roughed in for central vac only. A central vac unit and accessories can be installed as an option.

A. Each unit is painted one colour throughout, multi-colours and interior decorating is a option.

Q. Can I change the exterior appearance?

A. No, all exterior finishes have been selected for consistency throughout the development.

Q. Are the units handicapped accessible?

A. We will gladly meet the needs of handicapped individuals as an option.

Q. What type of sewage system exists on the property?

A. There is a municipal sewer system.

Q. Are there basements?

A. No, these units have a 4’-0” insulated forming system frost foundation, backfilled and a heated concrete floor.

Q. Do the units have security systems?

A. We offer home security systems as an option.

Q. Where does mail get delivered?

A. Mail is available through the local Canada Post office located in the village.

Q. Where can my guests park if I have a party?

A. There is ample visitor parking located throughout the development.

Q. When will the Stone Meadow be finished?
